While I do think they acted immorally, I don't think they should share the same legal punishment (or even moral disdain) as someone who commits murder of the more common variety. The sort of act Dudley and Stephens committed shouldn't be viewed as being on the same level as someone who breaks into a home and kills it's owner for his possessions.

I think that moral principles does not exist by itself---> it means that we must to decide what is moral and what is not ---> conclusion: moral have to have one meaning and base principles for everyone, only in this case it is possible to decide what is moral and what is not.

If we say that in this particular case moral principle should be every single persons rights its not moral, but if we Choose our base principle of moral to be majority happiness in this case it is moral to kill one and eat for saving others.

There does not exist moral laws by itself, we create them for different goals!

Hard to say but the actions cant be taken back and as humans we have to understand the irrational decisions and make an exception and not condemning the survivors even though we know its wrong
