The best thing that I can say is that at least you are dry in that rainy day you encountered. Unlike that horribly damp and humid atmosphere in Lima, Peru. "0" humidity in La Paz. Love that weather!!!!

It is the first time to see a cable car so close to buildings. It is exciting and interesting!
If it hadn't rained, that market would have been really nice to visit. What a pity!
That city is very lively and all kinds of buildings are mixed together. I like it!

Wow! So much has changed since I was there 24 years ago. Wonderful trip down memory lane. The cable cars weren't there. El Alto was quite small. The witches market looks pretty fancy now too.
