Oh gosh I suffered from the No days off trend when I first bought my peloton!!! It got so bad I ended being over trained and had to take over a week off. And even then I was still in a lot of pain and could barely keep the pedals moving. Take your rest days people!

Do 10 minute classes count as micro workouts? Not sure I would count an Ally Love barre class as micro though 😅

I would love for Peloton to.have de-loading identified classes. I think psychologically it hard to take days off for some people.

I would love to have a “never have I everl series with all the Peloton instructors. I’ve only seen and done one with Matty way back when. It was a blast. 🎉😊❤
