Good Morning Coach Donovan,
So just now, I was able to order your thigh band.
I wasn't completely sure, but I worked a couple of extra hours so it's all good now. I will be looking out for my 6 bonus training video.
And a postcard with my name and your autograph that is so personal.
So one more thing from just personally training with your videos at home . I became comfortable with my stability and strength to now be walking outside and it's just nice to be get some air. My location has a lot of hilly area, so I definitely get a nice workout. I think some people might think I'm a little nutty, cuz I do talk out loud and just encourage myself, especially when my little creaky bones, and muscle aches, screaming at me and saying what the heck are you doing Nilda.Lol🤪
I've now been able to get a solid 45 minutes of a very brisk
walk each day. I will definitely say it wasn't easy when I'm started and still not quite there, but the feeling of accomplishment that I'm getting back is making my journey so well worth it.
Your constant encouragement is so appreciated.🌻
