How to fix warframe slow update bug

...ima hope this has the wot xb360 update bug where you reinstall the game...but I’m going guess htfix it. Guess I am right, I had to delete and reinstall the game via steam after making sure let background apps run in big picture mode was on. Yes the internet and it’s message boards were useless and full of liars as expected. Basically I did this before but my led ( learning disabilities is a form of dyslexia or mild alzeihemers) kicked in again and I forgot Conhost runs in the bg.
