As we head further into Autumn, and the weather gets cooler we’re definitely adding @bosh’s Ultimate Mac & Cheese recipe to our weekly menu!
It’s incredibly comforting, full of flavour and plate licking-ly good!
This recipe incorporates a mind bogglingly cheesy cashew-based sauce (always follow manufacturer’s instructions with blenders and allow the mixture to cool before blending). It’s super rich and gooey and goes perfectly with macaroni and toasted breadcrumbs.
