If you’re being tried for another crime then why are you being let out of prison to begin with ??? If you’re being tried for another crime then you should stay behind bars until you serve your entire sentence for your crimes.

This is totally fair and justified. In his previous trial he would have been given the opportunity to confess all his crimes which would then have be taken into consideration as part of his sentencing. It would seem that police now have evidence to suggest that he did commit other crimes. Serves him right.
