You can just fly onto the balcony and pick the locks to get in way earlier in the game

I found the key to the door. Just have to fly up the balcony and keep unlocking locks till you get to the room with the view you will find the key to door. Which is only holding a few chests and a book that you can’t touch.

Idk if the patched it but i cant fly up to the balcony, it wont let me land there.

So anyone that sees this get your alohamora lvl 3 demiguise statues done and poof problem solved after this you can finish quest sucks they dont tell you this stuff but the solution is such and or you did what i did and grab the page early game and the stairs will already be unlocked to the office ethier way lvl 3 picking is needed 👍👍👍

June 19 2024 just did it I think it works for some people for others it might be patched it might be a bug with their game.
