I love this feature on the toyota 86, its like a sequential gearbox that racers use. Its perfect for my toyota 86 which also has the paddle shifters. The car feels like a complete sports car. Great job Toyota!

I’m 70 years old and discovered this much on my own. Toyota doesn’t say when to use S + or S-, if you should use a brake or accelerate driving on this mode. Nobody, nowhere. Dealer tells you to go to a manual. The manual says how to turn on or off not telling when to use it or with what to use it.

I love Sport Mode, especialy driving through parking lots, and through town, where there is allot of in and out traffic. Takes a little while to get it down, but once you get good at Paddle Shifting you will use it.
