In-N-Out Burger Copycat Recipe
Ingredients:
• For the Patties:
• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
• Salt & pepper
• 4 slices American cheese
• 4 hamburger buns (Potato or Brioche)
• For the Spread:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Other Toppings:
• 1 large tomato, sliced
• 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
• 1/2 large onion, sliced (for grilled onions)
• 1 tbsp butter (for onions)
