I only use fan noise for a 10-15 minutes daily meditation. It’s super helpful to let go of all thoughts and emotions. Life saver! I partly grew up with a pretty loud, old AC, that was kinda like white noise and helped me sleep. I'm moving countries and am not used to sleeping without the sound.
