As an American, I can fully state that none of these are specific to any region. Instead they are simply synonyms used to describe similar objects. All of these can and do get used interchangeably everywhere you go.

As an American all of these are understandable and most are interchangeable, but 4 are chiefly British: Lift, Flat, biscuit (as a cookie), and aeroplane

Lift and flat are uncommon in the US, but see occasional use. The word cop is slang for police in the US and sometimes the UK, not the formal word. Aeroplane vs airplane is correct due to different spelling. All other words are used interchangeably and situationally in the US according to dialect or idiolect.
