The ASI fully well knows that Taj Mahal was a Palace of a Hindu king. There are rooms on the upper floors which are not open to the public and all these have hindu vedic architecture in them. ASI should simply open up these rooms for all to see the hindu features of this Hindu Palace.

The title of this video is rather misleading. The Muslim invaders never purchased anything. They just took whatever they desired. Shah Jahan would have stolen the palace and any external hindu features would have been destroyed and replaced with Islamic domes. Isn't this what the Invaders did with thousands of hindu temples? Even the Qutub Minar is a Jain temple. None of the lslamic structures in India are original!

There are several convincing documentaries about the Taj Mahal originally as a Shiva temple. Shah Jahan may have renovated it as it is today. Indians seem to be afraid of the consequences of knowing the truth.

Is even a little bit of any such structure availble in the countries from where Muslim invaders came to India. Only then we could say they built. They have only modified version by inscribing Koranic verses on these Hindu structures.

There was a renowned American architecture professor from many years ago, did extensive study of the structure, including carbon, dating, etc. he essentially concluded that it was originally a palace. There are videos of him on YouTube, discussing his conclusion and details.

It definitely was based on a Hindu monument. But Shah Jahan has re modelled it to the way it looks now and gave it its current identity. Most probably it was not how it looks now when Shah jahan took it over. Its a beautiful monument and it should be cherished.
