i have watched the movie Jodha-Akbar when i was in 8th class and in 10th class, first time i have experienced the power of cinema to manipulate people. i was so charmed by movie and its actors, i ended up becoming a fan of Akbar and thought he was a great ruler and villainized Prithviraj Chauhan!! then when my social teacher slapped me with the facts instead of teaching us the textbook, i was shocked and was in denial for some time. later when i googled and read about him, i realize that the things shown in movie and textbooks are 1% of what he did and 99% of his acts were cruel, disgusting. really Bollywood and text book board destroyed generations with their white washed lies and glorification of villains which make us unable to recognize true leaders, idols which was a great injustice to our rulers who died a violent death in hands of these cruel bas*ards.

In NCERT we read about the "good" things Mughals did. Which is a big fat lie.
I don't know why NCERT doesn't teach us about The great Maharana Pratap, who sacrificed his life for independence, and the great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
I usually discuss the facts I learn from RAAZ with my history teacher and he says that the facts are true but we all are forced to read the lie that Muslim historians wrote.
I hope one day they'll make a change in the textbooks, and let the other generation know the truth.
It's painful when I hear that students know whose son was Akbar and whose father was Babur, but they don't know anything about the real great warriors and kings of the history.

I want to address one thing that our Indian school history books do not include—
Akbar never faced Maharana Pratap as the main warrior because he was afraid of him. Instead, he sent his commander, Behlol Khan, to fight against Maharana Pratap. Maharana Pratap cut him and his horse into two equal halves and sent them to Akbar. Seeing this, Akbar got scared and never encountered Maharana Pratap again. He was the one evading Maharana Pratap in the Gogunda forest.

And if someone says that Maharana Pratap ate chapatis made of grass, we should proudly say, "Yes, he did, " because he did it for us, for our independence, and for our Sanatan Dharma. ❤️

So, stop chanting "Akbar the Great" and start recognizing the sacrifices, power, and audacity of our real heroes—Maharana Pratap, Chhatrapati Veer Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Veer Sambhaji Maharaj, Prithviraj Chauhan, Chandragupta Maurya, Ashoka the Great, and many more.

I hope that one day our education system will also understand this and start teaching students the actual facts instead of the rumors spread by a particular community long ago....
