Grew up with lots of siblings only one full bath. Everyone kept a tote and towel in their own room.
Storage closet outside the bath held bulk supplies. Bathroom was clutter free.

Use a tote for your shower stuff. Keep the tote in a closet or cabinet and take it out and to the shower when you shower. We do not or use need every item in our shower every time. Decluttering my shower weirdly made me when I get in.
