Making A Covered Lumber Storage Area for My Ash and Elm Slabs

I have five stacks (flitches) of slabs (Elm and Ash) taking up valuable floor space in my shop. I need the space to continue with my shop build and just to have the ability to undertake other projects. Join me as I build a covered slab and lumber storage area using a repurposed Shelter Logic frame and a heavy duty tarp.

Hello Peter. Great job! If you have a sensor on the garage door, a bug may have flown in front of it activating the "no hit" function. Will the insulation stack on top of itself without falling? I may not have shared this with you but, "The more you save, the less you buy." Since you have the grommets on the top tarp, another one just big enough to reach both sides pulled in might could be fastened with a single piece of something like parachute chord. Have good days!
