Some notes from community feedback:

- Max damage wall combo (and after ch db+4 at the wall) is f+3~f, RSS 2, 1+2. This only works on male characters.
- After the d/f+2 combo, you can get in 2 d/f+1s before the b, f+2, 1, 1+2 string.
- Finishing the Bread and Butter combo with f+3~RSS 3 gives Kazumi some nasty okizeme setups. Recommended for stages without walls.
