At 81 I've had dysautonomia type symptoms since I was 45. I was diagnosed with CSF, fibro etc but usually have been gaslighted over many years. One of the worst symptoms was waking up with tachycardia . Since I have had the 5 vaccines and gone vegetarian all that misery just disappeared. A miracle!

Have you looked into HPA axis dysfunction? Hypothalamus dysfunction? This can cause autonomic dysfunction along with all the other long haul symptoms

My heart rate rises when doing this breathwork. Any ideas why?

I can do this at home but it doesn’t work when I am walking up a hill no matter how slow I walk.

Look up James Nestor or Patrick McKeown. It's better to inhale and exhale through your nose only. Keep the mouth shut.
