ehm, no. the most powerful spiritual practice is awareness. with friends, with enemies, with the world, or alone, it doesn't matter. as long as you are aware of what is going on in you and around you, you are doing the most powerful Sadhana. Sangha is a tool. it is not a practice. awareness is a practice, which can take up a tool like Sangha if it can help and it is the individual inclination of the practitioner. for many, Sangha can be a distraction or even disturbance. I'm amazed how even seasoned teachers can confuse practice with tools of that particular practice. this comment came at the mark 0:41 min into a video.

second statement: also false very unsatisfying explanation of Dharma Chakra. it is about the synchronicity of energies on the main frequency of the group.. and then you are jumping into the animal kingdom? what for? ah, ok. actually, there is just one desire: to be limitless. and it is not exclusively a human desire. it is a basic desire of all creation. in humans, it is more pronounced than in animal Kindom, in animals it is stronger than in plants, and so on. but the core of the desire is the same.
is desire a property? property is something you own. yes? the way I see it, we are the properties and the desire is the owner. ho ho ho, the path of Yoga is towards expansion through a contraction. let me be clear. inhalation, the world, activity, the cosmos is expansion. Inhalation, Going in, meditation, relaxation is contraction.
the larger picture, bla bla bla...
hahaha, you will understand, yes, but only on the level that is healthy for you to understand. if you meditate alone, that is. if you do it in a group, your understanding will be the lowest degree of understanding equaling the understanding of the lowest evolved individual in that group. this is how crowd psychology works. how democracy works. it is convenient, you feel safe, but you are giving up part of your freedom. and this does not work in a long run. group anything is a way of hiding.
Resonance? only the objects who are operating on the same frequency can produce resonance. good luck with that when it comes to human beings.
