I just wanted to say how Owen has grown on me since he joined the the United view family. I used to want only kg and flex but Owen brought his own personality, charisma and humour and contributes to making United view better. BIG UP OWEN

Can you please do another show with the We Talk Ajax crew. They told us that Ten Hag may play Bruno on the right and we laughed at them. Keep up the great work guys!

The Glazers are in for a rude awakening if they don’t sell and walk away .

I am massively concerned the glazers will stay. Appointed a new director, said they will spend in the summer, raising season tickets. Massive red flag’s someone leaving would not do and it’s worrying 😢

The glazers will sale and get 5.2B, all of this is to get the media and tv, news to talk about it and milk it.

If they're offered £5bn they'd definitely earn more money selling. Yes they could stay and earn 60 odd million a year in dividends, but money makes money. £5bn even just sitting in banks at 2% interest would be making £100m a year. They'd no doubt stick that money into funds, property etc that would offer much higher percentages than that so really from a monetary standpoint it makes sense to sell imo.

If they don’t sell. Surely it’s share-price manipulation.

For some context (obviously the numbers won't be totally the same), Elon Musk borrowed 13bn to fund his takeover of Twitter. The annual interest on that borrowing is 1.25bn.

Lets assume the Glazers obtain 3bn in financing, it would require an annual interest payment of $288m or £237m.

Even with consistent runs in the Champions League and a redeveloped stadium, United cannot make those payments annual and I don't think the Glazer will inject their own funds into the club. So the club will go into receivership, the hedge fund will acquire control and then probably sell.

If we could not settle the $600m debt in 18 years while winning everything under Fergie, we won't be able to settle $3bn.

There are 2 Jassim Al Thani cousins:
1- Jassim bin Hamad bin (Khalifa) Al Thani, he is the older brother of the Qatari Prince Tamim & he is not our guy.
2-Jassim bin Hamad bin (Jaber) Al Thani, he is our potential buyer & the son of the former PM of Qatar, his father was the second in command when the father of the current Prince was at helm.
You can say those 2 branches of Al Thani family were very close from 1993-2013, but when the current Prince (Tamim) took over from his father in 2013 (Hamad bin Khalifa) he sacked the the PM (Hamad bin Jaber) the next day & since then they went in different ways, they don't fight or hate each other but they aren't close allies anymore.
Do you need more clarefition? please leave me a comment.

It would take 40 years of dividends to equal what the glazers will get in a complete sale. They'll sell. They may seem stupid but not THAT stupid.

I might be in the minority of those who think the Leaches will stay in charge of the club. Why else would they raise season tickets prices if they weren’t planning on sticking around? Because that’s an unnecessary issue a new owner will have to deal with

The Glazers might still be looking into a "super league" and the prospect of being able to sell their own tv rights for Manchester United games, I do also think their is an element of "we might stay" to push up the bids from the interested parties.

We need a complete reset. Although I have been supporting UTD before the Glazers came, just these leeches setting their feet in OT is a good enough reason to knock it down completely. Structurally the stadium is too old, at best we could do patch work. We need a state of the art one to mark the new era. OT will always be OT.
