Israel is in a tough position. How do you deal with a situation where you are fighting an enemy like Palestinian hamas that wants you and your country dead and at the same time Israel wants its hostages released. I have faith in Israel, though that they will win this war, not only against Hamas, but against Hasbulla, and make the region safe once again for women and children.

Kemper is not totally honest. The deal had three phases. Going to Phase II required negotiation and Bibi has always said that Israel will not agree to Hamas to survive.

It would be nice if Kemper was honest which he is not IMO.

First, I don't believe the Netanyahu gov't was EVER fully on board with a permanent ceasefire _without the elimination of Hamas' effectiveness._ Israel had its arm twisted by the US to agree to the *US PROPOSAL, * (NOT "Israel's Deal"). Second, Hamas basically turned it down and negotiations ended...so "the deal" is not necessarily still on the table.
