Caramel Popcorn - 2 versions(white sugar & brown sugar)

Caramel Popcorn is a delicious, crispy snack made by tossing prepared popcorn in caramel sauce. Caramel Popcorn is a sweet twist to our regular popcorn and is one of the popular popcorn varieties. Caramel Popcorn at home is a bliss for movie, TV time & get together.

Ingredients:
For white sugar version :
1/4 cup corn kernels
2 tbsp oil use flavourless oil
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp butter

For brown sugar version:
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp baking soda
a pinch salt

I made popcorn with white sugar and for the first time in my life it worked! It didn't work with other recipes. I recommend! Delicious 😋

thanks but the 1st time i did it the sugar was uncooked the second time which is now it was overcooked hopefully next time it will be good
