Having now lived in Lake Nona and Winter Park, I get asked the question "Which do you like better?" and my answer is... They both have their pros & cons. This video is designed to "level the playing field" and show you in 2024 what we could find on a specific budget in each area, while checking as many boxes as you can such as schools, amenities, and the house size & condition.

As Orlando approaches 5.2 Million People by the year 2030, the Boroughs of Orlando will continue to be a comparison topic, and you will continue to see folks who tried out one side of town, go try out another side of town for the next phase of their lives.

I think the beauty of Orlando's sprawl is that you can go experience a completely different feel of neighborhood and area on one side of town vs the other, whether you live there or not- its only a 30 minute car ride away for the evening or day.

Lake Nona is more of a spanish speaking community with many newcomers to FL from various countries, with no history as it's a fairly new community. Winter Park is the jewel of central FL with a robust amount of history. Winter Park has much more charm to it.
