Where Is The Basis To Determine Virtue In Virtue Ethics

A major point against Virtue Ethics is there doesn't seem to have a basis to determine what exactly is a virtue and it seems like there are a wide range of people who could suddenly be identified as a Virtue Ethic holder even though they differ on definition of what would be considered virtuous.

After studying virtues my whole life in the laboratory of life, I have recently solved this seeming conundrum with a simple yet elegant solution.
