Не, ну я много в жизни видел, но чтобы паять фольгой, супер клеем и палочкой от мороженного - впервые. Кстати, надолго оставшихся светодиодов не хватит: при большей мощности будут сильнее нагреваться и быстрее выходить из строя. Самый разумный вариант из двух неработающих лампочек и одного паяльника сделать одну работающую. Ну и трогать пинцетом не обязательно, перегоревший светодиод и так видно, у него черная точка посередине.

Super glue is no recommend for electrical connection.
I would recommend soldering and put some hot silicone to cover.

That won't work much longer. The bridge made with aluminum foil only makes other LEDs bright stronger and exceeds it's capabilities, results in less hours working. A proper fix it's replace the LED or put a resistor of similar value instead.

That's a great introduction to a relatively new product and a really
important fix, some of the more powerful globes have 70 or more LEDs and
if you put a line of matching ones: replacing them all to look the same
is expensive.

If you don't want do solder you can use conducting paint, but the repair with aluminium foil and super glue will only last until the PCB becomes hot.

You can join those two ends with pencil because graphite(pencil lead) is a good conductor of electricity

Led was in series design. If you lessen the voltage in each will be higher and resulting to a shorter life. You have to replace the busted one with the same LED.
