I think the reason the scout trooper has the old "angra clone" face is becouse this figure is exactly in 2013 style, so they didn't touched it at all, so that's why even the head stayed the old one, instead of the new, I hope they will fix this soon.

the scout troopers have the faces and the script of the old desing of the clones, that is because they have the 2013 head and more hair styles, also they are the only "phase 2" clone trooper who in the game are not villains
