Hey, thanks for the video!

We found with Sync when trialing that the bandwidth was restricted and it took days and days to back-up a single project. Do you know if this is a restriction they put in on the trial, or consistent even with the paid packages?

I have over 65TB backed up to Backblaze, but it’s not a realistic long term option. They would have to send me multiple physical hard drives for full recovery and that comes at a cost. Plus the media must be mounted to my computer as direct attached storage.

Perhaps the best option for folks like us is two identical NAS systems at two physically separate locations. One unit would sync to the other. This could cost 10k USD or more however.

How did you manage to upload 20-30 TB? I'm struggling with 6-10 TB. it takes for ever.. I'm on the beta app with the cloudfiles feature.

Do you use this still? If not, what are you now for online cloud storage? I have a backblaze account to backup my drives but I would like an easy way to look up old footage. Also, does this work with all types of video files or only mp4? Can I upload h.265 files, r3d? Prores? thanks!

The real cost is $54 per month or $540 per year with their 16% discount for prepayment. If you’re a YouTuber, this is not an ideal solution or self-employed individual...
