I wish I knew about not using face scrubs when I was a teen, now as an adult I have all these scars on my cheeks

I try my hardest not to pick my pimples but it's all in vain when I'm really focused and I pick it without realizing 🙄

Honestly I suffered from acne from middle school all the way to 30 years old. I’ve used all those products; didn’t help my acne. The only thing that completely KILLED my acne was actually limiting added sugars in my diet (I only eat fruit and occasional mildly sweet desserts now) and also banning dairy/milks from my diet. My skin is very clear now. The only times pimples show again is if I eat more desserts/sugar, processed foods or eat more dairy. You can put all the products on your face if you want but that’s won’t heal the internal issues - the chronic inflammation from a bad diet

Would you consider reviewing zero waste skincare products (i.e. plastic free)?

Just wanted to share my experience with DermalMD Acne Serum! It's been a game changer for my skin and has helped clear up my acne so much. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Pimple patches doesn't help. Use high quality vitamins prescribed by doctors or pharmacist instead.

What about acne under the skin? I’m pretty sure this called blind pimples or nodules and they suck because every time I try to pop them (it’s a bad habit, I know) nothing except horrible pain happens. What do I do and why products should I use?

Actually, that Renewing SA Cleanser from CeraVe doesn’t actually last forever. One reason why. I use it all the time! 😅😂

Saying the scrubs cause scarring and not microtears thank you!! Microtears literally arent a thing but using it over active acne is a no😊
