Another good way is to "quarantine" your frags. Dip them multiple times over the course of a month, that way any eggs that go undetected and hatch will be killed in the next dip before they can lay eggs.

Have you actually tested it or are you just taking what people say as true? Do a test. See if there are any dips that actually have an effect on the eggs.

The eggs need gas exchange, potentially fluid too. Test if there are any dips which may penetrate the “shell” of the egg and reduce the success rate of eggs hatching.
