Only thing I'd change is to flip the Vise Grip® over so the dead jaw pulls the torque rather than the live jaw pulling... I know either works when you tighten like that but I'm old school. Just like adjustable wrenches, always make the dead jaw pull! Great channel!

Before i get the vice grips or try to cut it, i just tighten it with the power tool and it will snap, works everytime

I do it a little different. I tighten them until they snap. No spinning and in most cases a new one is cheaper than a mechanics labour for the time to get it out without destroying it 😊. Good videos dude. Finally some advice that is really useful. Greetings from a german audi diagnostics technician.

They should be required to put a hex on the stud to hold it in place.

I just cut them here in the rust belt don’t even try to zip them. If I’m replacing suspension components they’re getting sway bar links too

Tightening them actually works too. Just snapping the bolt. I mean unless your trying to reuse them and also sometimes you can mess up the struts or whatever the links are hooked up to. Parts are getting cheaper and cheaper now days.

Or put a pry bar in between the strut and sway bar link. Either way works great tip 🤘
