Wonderful and informative videos, esp since I'm retired and switching my medicare advantage to suppliment while I'm still relatively young (age 69) and healthy (work out 1-2 hrs/day). Just subscribed to your videos. Wish I had done this back when I worked as an employment counselor in the mental health/addiction services industry and now that I'm retired it's all making more sense to me. Go figure...back when I was working I was in the mode of "the hurrier I go the behinder I get". Describe myself as a "boomer whose a late bloomer" and I feel like a toddler who is at that stage of life when I'm learning exponentially. Wish this "discovery phase" had occurred 40+ years ago in my various fields but as they say "better late than never" and I describe myself as "an old dog who CAN learn new tricks" Thanks for helping me with this boomers learning curve.

I'm confused. I live in PA and just got awarded my ssdi. I've been on medicaid and snap. Now the lady on phone said I'll lose my medicaid and have to purchase thru pennie until the 2 year waiting period. ? I will be getting more than most others because of where i worked all those years. But if i gotta pay for pennie outta my ssdi i won't be able to afford a apartment to live. Currently living with a family member. They want their space back so i need to move. Waiting till i find out first. Just got first check April 2024.
