I would also recommend Richard Feynman as an ENTP genius to check out, forgot to mention him in the video.

I feel as though Entp is the type of villain who doesnt really have any ambition but just wants to create chaos and become a master at things just to create more chaos.

"everything connects to everything else"

The biggest high I get as an ENTP is when I realise a new "rule" that applies to multiple phenomena and observations. I do a bit of teaching and sometimes when I'm halfway through explaining a concept I would realise it follows the same pattern/logic as a completely seemingly unrelated thing. Sometimes I get so excited in the middle of a class about a new pattern I see that my students are convinced I've lost my mind hahaha

ENTPs are quite talkative. If you are the quiet type, your ENTP conversational partner will gladly keep the conversation going for hours... 😁

we're charming because we literally have no option but to be. ever sit in a room with an ENTP that feels comfortable with you? you'll HATE us after a while. we enjoy confrontation, debate, talking fast, and it takes us decades to develop sympathy (not empathy. we have tons of that). suffice it to say, we're not exactly likable. so we learn to be charming. it's not our damned fault everything we enjoy or default to pisses off literally every other type.

ENTP is the type that amazes me the most. Their thinking is quite special and different than anyone else. I can easily recognise them if they're talking about ideas and show using their logic or how they point the illogical things. If you come to an ENTP with a problem they got you the solution and at least one future plan for another few years ahead when you cannot think of specific path for the nearest future.
ENTPs are seen as lazy but also they can really work hard if they want to. From all of the types I've seen them being the most honest to themselves. And if they want something they get it. If they want to have an easy life, being lazy and spending time with others that way - they do what it takes to have that life. But trust me.. if they want to step out and get their ambitions to be met they would hard work and get through mistakes through the paths that no one has seen before in order to achieve what they want. They do that it the most creatives, unconventional ways sometimes. ~ENFP

I tend to think that the genius of ENTPs is underestimated. INTPs and INTJs are mentioned most regarding being highly intelligent, but I am sure ENTPs are very much on par with them.

Haven't watched, but I agree in advance

this "wanting to figure out by myself" thing is so true :). I used to take exams/papers in high school by not learning the maths formulas, because it was more fun (and enough time) to figure out during the exam time :D. This is actually laziness, too

I as ENTP enjoy myself learning new skills. Actually I think all skills can be learned quickly if you make it simple and smart. Most of my friends consider me a polymath

I absolutely love ENTPs, because as an INTJ myself, I think they are the most compatible with us. What I like about them is the fact that they always have a new view of something that has already been done; they can play with the same rubik's cube and view it with millions of different views that you could never think of. But the worst problem with them, is that they get bored very quickly and they have the attention span of a butterfly. It is very hard for them to commit themselves to a long term project, which always prohibits them from achieving their goals.

Love you ENTPs. You make the world interesting for us 👌

The biggest misconception about ENTPs is that they hide or don't know how to express emotions. In fact, ENTPs have a huge amount of emotions and perfectly understand the emotional state of the interlocutor and their own perfectly. The important thing is that ENTPs are guided by logic and not emotions in making decisions. Given a choice between an "emotionally kind" or "cruel but logical" solution to a problem, the ENTP will no doubt choose the latter option.

INTP, INTJ and ENTP are the holy trinity of three personalities who get along the best

I am an ENTP pianist and went absolutely nuts when you explained the piano scale thing. There’s really no other way to put it. You described my sensation perfectly. Play around. Make it sound good. Then substantiate it with theoretical knowledge. Give value to the knowledge instead of just learning things pointlessly.

there's a video here called the 4 subtypes of ENTP/ The Empath ENTP.. the empath ENTP video got the most comments of all. apparently, the empath entp subtypes are tired of everything thinking they are sociopaths
