Avast has ransomware shield equivalent to controlled folder access in windows defender but funnily enough defender needs to be disabled to render that protection useless but that's not the case with Avast 😂
It has a dummy firewall which on smart mode allows every file to have outbound connection 😂 How on earth they that is smart 😀
Mate no need to waste time on avast and test bitdefender free without signature based protection that is only with advanced threat defense against ransomware
