Starfield - All 20 Evidence Locations For Burden of Proof (Unique Legendary Weapon)

During the crimson fleet faction missions you can collect evidence for the burden of proof mission, and finding all 20 will reward you with the Memento Mori Legendary Pistol.

You can get back to get the warden log evidence if you miss it while on the mission don’t worry

I would like to add just some small info: the later you do this quest the more damage the Memento Mori will have. Ive got 60 PHYS, and you dont need to find all 20 Evidence, in my case it was already given with 16/17

tip if you missed for the warden log go to the massive door that the ship you take and jump down the hole and boost so you dont die and then go up stairs grab it and fast travel to ship

If you've managed to collect all 20 evidence and the quest still continues talk to the Lt about her past and you'll be able to complete the quest.

Thank you! i was racking my brain trying to figure out which one i missed as i was sure i had all of them.. realised you have to spam through all her dialogue options to finally finish the quest, jeez that's so easily missable who knew going through the dialogue would complete the quest..

Neon Trade tower one : you can also just steal it from the safe without persuasion, but the trick is to close the window stalls first so you are not seen (which you did in this video with the switch at 6:20).

1:30 - You CAN go back - Land at Lock, and walk to a big hole in the ground (Jump pack to land safely), the door to warden's is open, then just fast travel to your ship.
Most other locations are re-visitable too, you just need to know where they are.
The US secret station tho is an exception, as far as i can tell you can't re-dock with it.

you can get the warden evidence after completing the mission and also completing the entire crimson fleet storyline, i went in today 21st of september and got it had completed the mission and even completed the entire crimson fleet quest chain.

Turns out if you weren't able to collect them all you just need to follow through with all of her dialogue and she will still give you the gun. I was missing 4 of them. Two from the ship of the sirens and two from the Key that I no longer had access to

These areas are huge and easy to just hide a little file like that. Do we get any clues that there's an evidence piece somewhere or is this just all random luck as we travel around?
