Here is the most detailed review of the 2023 BMW X1 I tell you everything about the design, interior, features, performance, ride, handling, braking, steering, price, and of course give you a verdict on whether you should buy a BMW X1 diesel in India. This 2023 BMW X1 review is a long drive one with a real-world perspective of the Mercedes GLA rival from BMW.

The 2023 BMW X1 is priced between Rs. 55.11 to 58.14 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai).

Finally someone criticized this X1 shows why bhai is at top. Cars half the price have bigger and more powerful engines.

If a budget car(Citroen c3 )has this type of door handles it's cheap, now if it's given by bmw it is premium

Need the petrol variant to get tested, haven’t seen any reviews of it yet, I want to see how underpowered that 136 Hp 1.5L feels on this car. Absolutely sad to see that at 50L+

Was so damn eager to watch your review on the new X1 and finally, it's here. BMW definitely has upped their game with the LCI by providing amazing features and a beautiful interior, but they seem to have compromised on the driving pleasure in lieu of luxury and aesthetic appeal. A 3 cylinder 1.5 liter petrol engine isn't something you wanna see in a BMW, given the fact that cars being sold at half the price offer more power and torque as compared to the 18i. The 18d has adequate performance stats, but still, it appears to be quite lackluster. They should have offered the 23d as the top most Diesel variant imo. Overall, I feel that BMW may have missed out on the opportunity to provide a car that could have been best of both worlds in this segment, namely, luxury and performance. It excels in luxury and tech but not really in performance. It looks pretty good tbh.

There was a time when BMW models were known for power and sheer driving dynamics

I tested and booked x1 23i xdrive in uk market. It was pretty punchy with 214bhp. Wish they launch it in indian market.

Just a suggestion but maybe show 0-100 time as you already launch the cars
0-100 gives us a proper number to judge the performance

Finally the X1 looks nice. It will make a decent city car in Mumbai. Power is not an issue cause I'm never going above 60 in this traffic anyway.

After watching this gentleman's review of the car, I don't feel watching any others' review. He is an encyclopedia of cars.

Why don’t they sell the X1 23d in India? In the UK we get a new X1 diesel with over 210 hp

Bro after rigorous comparison in this segment I have made my decision to go for An Audi Q3 as it is the best in this segment having both luxury and power unlike BMW X1 and Mercedes GLA which either lacks power or doesn't have the right dimensions that a Compact SUV should have ...

Anyways thank for your vlogs which helped for chooosing the right car for me. ❤❤ keep up the good work

I got the petrol for 47 lcs. I think for that price in a city where u really cant go above 60 kmph. Its a good car. At the end of the day, a nice relaxing cabin equipped with all good features is always welcomed. Thoughts?

You broke the hearts of all BMW X1 owners in India by calling our cars not even a real BMW 😂
Anyway, we forgive you because the review was so enjoyable!
