Dr. Osborne, you are brilliant about good health and ao well-spoken about so many important issues. I have watched so many of your videos more than once and continue to watch them. I will forever be learning from just one of them! I am taking a number of your products since March, when I stopped ALL gluten (after watching your vid about wheat not being only source of gluten!). I could write a novel about the benefits of stopping all grains AND taking your supps after less than 5 months. The choline and ultra mag have helped so much with neuromuscular issues after recent glyphosate poisoning! The gluten shield helps ao much with digestion even tho I NEVER eat opf :). The ultra pure protein is THE most delicious protein drink I have ever found! I mix up the chocolate and freeze it and it’s so refreshing and tastes like a fudgesicle (without the poison!!) I have more to say about the other supps but I think I did write a novel! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. 🙏

I have various suspicions about "Equal Exchange" chocolate chips. They're too unique, for lack of better terms. Namely, the texture is unique, the smell is unique, the flavor is unique, and the psychological effect is unique and unnaturally addictive. I've honestly wondered if they dope it with something, or deliberately source beans left in such a way that they generate high levels of phenylethylamine and salsolinol, because the effect is much like an odd mix of dextroamphetamine and alcohol, with some sort of dissociative or mild hallucinogen mixed in. Although I have visual snow and so on so these sorts of unusual effects happen at times.

Regardless, the effect is profound, rapidly addictive, and not comaprable to raw cacao or any other processed chocolate. It also destroys my gut very quickly, we're talking eating them just once. It can't be just the sugar content. Eat some chocolate chips and my stomach feels raw again, over the next few days prickling in the skin on sweating returns, and so on. And they're very energizing if you have a purpose in mind, but leave you feeling burnt out.

It's just too weird. No other chocolate does this. These in particular have a significant part in my own history, so I'd like to get to the bottom of it, eventually. Tried them again after several years, same effect. Suspicious.

I’ve always struggled to take whey protein stomach wise. Is it safe to take EAA’s 2-3 times per day instead ?

Hi thanks for this interesting informations Peter!

I tested my aminoacid. They are all ok except citrulline . Citrulline is very low but arginine high normal.
I wonder how this could be and if it makes sence to seupplement with citrulline because my arginine is good.
Is there any benefit from Citrulline despite the fact that arginine is converted from it?

✨Wonder-Full video and Love the wisdom you share🙏 When it comes to ✨Protein Synthesis✨, I read that Sulfur a vital nutrient to assimilate the amino acids into protien cells. What can I add to help increase sulfur besides eggs?
