Hi Hellah, please review knees over toes guy! I believe his exercises will help prevent common running injuries that many of us have, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on him!

Great video. Beautiful people! I'm coming up on a year of running. Not a streak. Just 3 to 5 times a week. I also swim and lift weights. I can't imagine my life without running, even though you guys' slow pace would be sprinting for me.

You guys and the YouTube chase the summit and they do like watch reviews and stuff and other things have really got me back into running and jogging to the point where I do a 5k every Day whether it's walk or jog and it's been great.
