Theres actually a method called "Shift method" which can do 3 stud stickout easy.
you wallhop 1-3 times, unshift, turn camera to right/left, then shift and jump then do a stickout. also you can do this method for 3.5-4.3 that is very consistent. after you do a stickout, you unshift, turn camera to left/right, and shift and jump. then turn camera back to wallhoping position. quite hard on mobile but possible and easy for me.

The reason why you can't wall hop consistently, it's because of high fps. By locking your fps to 60, you can wall hop consistently

btw i used to be a dev at that game and i created the first three stages of insane. im top 5 wallhopper and my sensitivity is 0.0041 and dpi 30k. My mouse was the glorious model 0 but now razer. If you dont believe me chekc out consistency test video.
