Can you make Food Safe products with 3D Printing? It kind of depends on the product. While some plastics are food safe some types of 3D Printing may not be.

One point that you missed it, that a lot of FDM printers use brass nozzles which also isn't foodsafe all the time. especially if you are using a brass nozzle from china out of a lead brass material mix. You kinda have to use all stainless steel parts in your printer to be foodsafe.

Do you have a position on food contact products designed to be dishwasher cleaned (obviously in materials suitable for those temperatures)?

Can you do a video on post processing to make stuff food safe? Is acetone smoothing of ABS/ASA going to make it safe considering it should smooth out those ridges?

Any thoughts on 3D printed hydroponic systems? I have been struggling to decide how far I should be going with "food safety" when it's a part touching the water my food will be drinking. I have seen a lot of people just print with any old filament, brass nozzles, no post-processing and not worry about it all but I know that doesn't mean it's OK.

What about curing pieces with an epoxy resin to fill-in the gaps and clear-coat? Would this be safe as a water drinking cup?

Various material types ... also with the size of Slant 3D's operation why dont you produce your own filament there was a mini rant you did a while back about the color inconsistency in filament so why dont you guys produce your own filament?
