Hanging out in the Hogwarts hospital wing - Lego Harry Potter build & review

Tbh, before I started I kinda expected to be underwhelmed. But this (Lego Harry Potter Hospital Wing 76398) is actually a very fun build, especially as it's so specific to one part of one book. The time turner is included, as well as a clock mechanism to actually turn back the time. The skel-grow is awesome and the new trunk top looks really neat. The fact that the build hinges as well means you can splay it to play and display and put all the extra bits like the trolley, trunk and hospital curtain around the bed with Ron in it. I really enjoyed this, hope you enjoy coming along for the ride too.

I just picked up this set today as a bit of twisted irony. I'm on my anual beach vacation with my family, and it's become tradition for me to build a Lego set each year. This year, we're gone on our longest trip yet, but I've been sick most all of it with a nasty respiratory virus, not COVID at least. I just found out today what it is, and got good enough medicine to make me feel a bit less crappy. I figured that even if I'm not doing as much of the other fun vacation stuff I usually would, like swimming, I can at least build a good Lego set! Coming straight from a visit from the ER to get my crud looked at, (the only real option around here), this set definitely tickled my funny bone and, also being a Potter fan, I had to have it even though I already have the 2019 set with the clock
