Did 8 miles in these the other day man these things are awesome on foot! Was kind of worried on how flat they look out the box but when put to the test these things are straight money!!! I run in a lot of pairs but I always seem to eye ball and or grab these first!

Great review, Emily, as always. In the fall, I'm running a fasted 5 x 5: five marathons in five days completely fasted. Would you recommend this shoe to use each day for this challenge? (Technically, that's an ultra). Or should I alternate this shoe with another (Superblast?) in order to allow the midsole to relax. Thank you.

Does it have any roll geometry in the midsole? I’m always looking for a non-plated shoe for my longest runs. I enjoyed the Brooks Ghost Max for that, eg. I have plenty of medium distance trainers at the moment— the Rebel 4 and Mach 6. I don’t like super soft or the very high stack ones, most of which have plates anyway.

I'm always on the lookout for a long run/marathon training/racing shoe..only the rocket x2 and diadora cara carbon are working for me as of now..those 2 run the same.. need to had another arrow in the quiver..this or the tyr shoe..
