If you are looking for a purpose for the additional books: consider donating them to a public library so people who can't afford to buy the book, but really benefit from it have a way of accessing it.

Congratulations Jessica, 🎉! I could never explain fully how you have changed my life. 10 years of being on medication, and the first day I saw one of your videos, it was like somebody flipped a switch, and everything all started to make sense. I have shared what you have done for me to anybody who will listen. I will be on the phone with customer support Amazon or something and if I'm having a hard time explaining myself I'll tell them I have ADHD and usually they come back with I have ADHD or I know somebody with ADHD. I then will let them know about your channel and what you have done for me. Because of you, I am now starting to customize dolls and getting into flow acrylics. I couldn't have done it without you. It's like, oh, so this is what it's been like for other people all these years. I see a future filled with learning art and happiness, and I believe that Jesus Christ led me to your channel and to you. I love you like a sister. Well, we are sisters... sister brains. Congratulations on your wonderful book. I can't wait to get my hands on it! Merry Christmas to you and your entire family, and I wish you all a very blessed New Year! It's going to be a good one, Jessica❤!

I was given an advanced copy to read and review. Normally I hate anything non-fiction, but I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and have found this book so enjoyable and HELPFUL! I am loving it! Can’t wait to finish it so I can leave a glowing review. I have take. So many notes on practical things to try in managing my ADHD. ❤❤❤

omg I am ACTUALLY CRYING. This is amazing, your joy is radiating off my screen!! I'm so excited to actually hold this in my hands and flip through it and no doubt refer to it frequently lol. This is magical!

(If I see this on a shelf in person I'll probably take a selfie next to it like it's a landmark or something, I'm just so proud of you!! XD)

“I’ve never finished anything like this before!” - the holy grail of ADHD brains. 😊 Congratulations Jessica! Thank you so much for your videos. Your example of constantly learning and experimenting with how to live fully with ADHD has been an inspiration. I pre-ordered your book I don’t know how many weeks ago and am so excited to get it in my hands in just a few more days.

Mine was just delivered!!!! Cant wait to crack it open (also Hi from Ontario Canada!)

So happy for you as a person and thankful for all your hard work!!! (I hope this comment reaches you )

Long story and insight to my life short, I'm so thankful I came across you when I did!!! cant wait to start reading!!! and then probably get distracted... and put it down for a bit... then see you pop up on my feed again, have an "OH YA!!!" moment and continue reading it!!!

*The Long Story Part*
Growing up I was always "different", even I knew (and saw) I wasn't like the other kids... (my parents not knowing any better at the time compared *me* all the time)

I was the typical shy/quiet kid who had 1, 2, maybe 4 friends max, and I always kept my trusty sketch book nearby. I came across your TED talk one day (at 25 years old) and it stuck in my head on repeat for some reason. It's what pushed me to start asking my doctor questions late 2022 I related to your talk so much! I felt like you were describing MY life. I essentially binge watched your channel for a time, finding more and more I related to. Like you, I was really smart when it came to things I found interesting, but I struggled so much to focus on other topics. I can clearly remember my 6th grade teacher pulling me aside to talk about a test I'd completely failed, but the test we had last week I passed with flying Turns out im not "different" im

Now almost 27 Years old im FINALLY learning to work WITH my brain all thanks to you and your channel!!!!
My boyfriend even does his best to help me where he can, especially making our home "my" ADHD friendly! (love that you made a video on this, I hope it turns into a series!) simple things like having a key hook near the door with a shelf just above, I can put things I need to remember to bring with me now that its right in my face! Also a huge thing that helps me he's installed around the house... WHITE BOARDS!!!! This came about after an episode of Young Sheldon where a scientist has black boards all over his home, however the character is sadly going through a mental breakdown at the time...

The most important board I'd highly recommend to anyone of any neurodivergence is on our fridge! As the week goes, we write items that are getting low or we're out of completely. When we go shopping we take a picture of this board to help *somebody* stay focused... (no more huge pile of pasta I thought we were out of cause of that time 5 weeks ago we WERE out...) When we come home we both wipe things off as we put them away. Anything that remains, we know exactly what we forgot for the next shop!

Words cant begin to describe how thankful I am of you! I wish you the best of luck in your future and send you my love

Thanks, Jessica! I just ordered mine! I didn't get diagnosed until this past year... I'm 61! I dearly wish I had gotten some help 50+ years ago, but, we do the best we can at any particular moment. Learning to understand myself has been wonderful, though. Anyway, thank you for all the 'tips & tricks' here. Happy Holidays to you.

In less than 2 weeks, the book will be on my doorstep, and I am so excited!! I’m even more excited that you gave us a sneak peek at what the inside looks like (OF COURSE you’d make it ADHD friendly! THANK GOD)! Congratulations on all your hard work and THANK YOU in advance for creating this book. I was diagnosed this year at 39, so I’m still navigating everything and I know this book will be a fantastic resource for me!

Congratulations and thank you for being so generous and giving of yourself to write this book!!!
I very happily preordered your book and look forward to reading through it. (Probably bouncing my way around the chapters, rather than a proper read through… everyone reading this understands what I mean 😂)

I am not a person who typically leaves comments. But my copy was just delivered and I had to comment. Holding the book and reading the intro just made me so happy to have it and almost made me cry. I am a mom to an 8 year old daughter with ADHD. Being able to have something tangible to give to her when she is ready, brings me so much peace. My goal is to empower her and this is a great tool for her. 🎉

This was me last year. Giving my parents my book for Christmas was one of the most special moments of my life. To be honest I almost can't watch this because it makes me cry and then I feel sad and guilty that I haven't finished my second book this year. But I am so, so happy for you that you get to experience that feeling. You deserve to be incredibly proud of your hard work and all of the grit and determination it takes to see that process through.

I wish I could afford to get it! You have been one of the biggest helps to me since I was diagnosed with combined type ADHD at 40. Just something about the way you explain things the clicks for me. Thank you for making the content you have, and for the content you have yet to create!
I know you did an episode on journaling and planners for people with ADHD, but I would love to see you do and up to date one on that subject. What do you think of the Rocketbook journal and planner in one?

I absolutely feel that mixed feeling sense of accomplishment. I just finished my very first semester in college, juuust managed to keep my 4.0/A average, got 100% in accounting and it feels weird. Like I'm going to wake up at some point and it never happened. ❤ Be proud! 💜 You're allowed to be proud! 💙

Congrats on the book! Many people write books, but only a few get published, and even fewer get put on bookstore shelves. You're amazing. I've already preordered a copy on amazon
