Great overview as per usual Brian. I have, and love my little Anvil pump, and would LOVE to see a stainless steel head with 1/2” threads.

Great review! I received mine on Friday, haven’t brewed on it yet. Planning to use it for 5 gallon batches so i don’t have to always fire up the big herms rig. Currently have a 20 gallon 3 vessel herms system that i use for 10 & 15 gallon batches. Looking forward to the 120v to 240v adapter build.

using an adapter pig-tail to switch to 240v like you did is something that is used my almost every dual-voltage welders
