Whether you just got an Anvil Foundry or you've had your Anvil Foundry for a while now, congrats and welcome to a simplified home brewing experience! Over the past couple years I’ve brewed dozens of batches on my Anvil Foundry and I’ve found plenty of other ways to put it to use around the house. In this playlist we’ll skip the unboxing and setup to dive straight into brewing incredible beer. You’ll see first-hand how I’ve used the Anvil Foundry to make everything from Imperial Stout to quick soured Gose and even use the Anvil Foundry to sous vide a steak.

Love this introduction. This really makes your channel seem like an online class for the Anvil Foundry. Great work!

Hey Dan. I've been trying to find all of the info I can on this 6.5. I don't see anything talking about the controls. Could you tell us more about it and it's capabilities please. I really like doing 2.5 gallon batches then scaling them up to 5.5 gallon batches. Also I want to be able to whirlpool, I have a blichman pump. Do you whirlpool in the 6.5? Can you whirlpool with the grain basket in to help catch the hops and get a cone going or just do it without the basket in? I was thinking without no heat applies and adjust my process to just let it cool naturally over the 15 to 20 minute whirlpool. I'm really liking what I see with the 6.5. All the info you can give would be much appreciated.. Cheers. PS. If I buy one I'll try to remember to buy it through one of your links. I like your videos and would like to see the final products and tasting notes. I know you are more about the process and it's more work but hey, I wanna know how they taste. Great job and thanks for all the effort you put into this.

what size do you currently use? Is it worth it to get the 10.5 if i still want to mainly do small batches (3 gallon or below) primarily with this system? or stick with the 6.5; have you tried the swirly whirlpool arm?

I found myself looking at an electric brewing system from time to time and the Anvil is one of the two on my shirt list I feel like. is there anything thing that you would change about it? I know they are two different systems but its pretty much this or the claw hammer, but I am still a little ways away from from doing either.
