The proper recipe:-
Roast dry fruits in ghee
Add the grated carrot in a pan(kadai)
Than add milk 🥛 and stir it
And than add Mawa+Roasted Dry fruits
Keep stirring it

That is a wrong gajar you have selected. For the halwa its diffrent type of gajar(red)
