I love the fundamentals of ICP, HOWEVER if ICP does not get major adoption.. its means nothing. It goes nowhere. I am optimistic as the next guy.. but it SHOULD Have already made moves upward. I think best case scenario at this point, 15 - 20 dollars for the next 12 - 18 months as the high.
