Important! For the diy at 3:07 you must use body safe glitter!! Otherwise you could end up damaging your eyes should you get it in them. I know it sounds silly or obvious, but I didn’t know there was a difference between normal and body safe glitter for a long time, and it could save some one a lot of pain

The first one - You can actually put the container in the microwave (only for a few seconds, or else your microwave may suffer) and melt it, then re-pot it in another container. It solidifies pretty quickly, even from a straight liquid, so keep that in mind. I recommend getting a small jar-like container or like the standard chapsticks.
