If this is a video made by Sealey to promote their tool ? why is not a part number supplied for replacement inserts ? or other brand part numbers that are compatible along with inserts that are different lengths ? or do they really do not want to let you know this is a heli coil kit for long depth plug repair ? kit doesnt even come with threadlocker nor does it recommend a bran / part number ? seems like the tool does the job but they do not want the liability of the inserts or the threadlocker applied to be attached to them ? how about some part numbers ? inserts for the ford triton applications for starters ?

Is that the plug tap you're using with the seat cutter? Is there no possibility the plug tap threads will catch on the newly-tapped insert threads and damage them?

What size 1/2 inserts do you offer, need to go up to at least 19mm on a repair so 19mm to 14mm x .50”

Yes the 16mm standard size cannot help you if someone or another technician botched the job with Heli Coil or other quick fix like Thos you get at Napa or Advance Auto / Auto Zone (USA) that did not Hold properly. My Engine is Famously the Ford 5.4 Liter Triton 2 valve and the prior repair blew out leaving a new hole in excess of 16mm, So logically the next one up would be 18mm OD and I cannot seem to find them anywhere, unless I manufacture one on a shop lathe and do it myself, seems much trouble when Sealey should offer the Tap and the Insert for a small price....
