I’ve been following him since he’s has 7k followers and he’s definitely changed over the years falling into being an “influencer” but when it comes to real estate he’s def a legit business owner in that aspect.

He does a lot of money grab businesses that will be around for a few months or a year then dies off

I paid to be apart of Ryans wealthy u community and I've gotten a tremendous amount of value from them. I pay for one on one coaching and I highly recommend either their rookie or all star programs. All of the coaches have real estate businesses doing exactly what they teach and do group/1on1 q&a's and corriculum on this side which makes up a large part of the community. No one gets paid just to coach and that's their only job, everyone grows together in their personal real estate businesses and coaches with Ryan for community on the side, even their sales team. Its the most legit community of investors in my book

Ryan is an influencer. He sells things. He also brings people on his show that sell things. It's all about selling you things so they can profit. You have to know that going in. Your best interest is not at heart. There's is. That's why it's so hard to trust anyone on YouTube.

I don't really see the issue, if you bought an e com course you truly get what you deserve, his real estate is legit. Amazon has changed their programs multiple times in the past few years, in the beginning it didnt seem like it would, hence why people have pulled back

I bought an ecom store from Ryan Pineda and lost 37k. Started as a walmart store which was shut down then opened amazon store which was suspended then a FB store which was banned. Fastest way to lose 37k . Lesson learned .

I was in future flipper. I’ve been in a couple people’s groups, including Pace Morby. Really the value in those groups are the community. Like everything else you get out what you put in. I didn’t really get into it and I stopped using it. Then months later I got back in because I paid so might as well use it and I got my first few deals networking and teaming up with people in the group.

My only criticism on Ryan’s vs Pace is that future flipper you had to pay every year to stay in the group. The training modules are lifetime but the community is not so if you get in and work and take action it’s not a bad deal. But I wouldn’t do it if you are broke and on your last time

I appreciate these type of videos. I hate to see folks lose money especially to the benefit of another. Its rampant as everybody wants that easy money. As a 51yo single father the only easy money I ever made was in long term stock investments. Im still in the markets today and will be for many years probably until death. Now if your attractive and a people person sales can definitely work but not usually for average folks. 🎉

I feel for a ecom scam and when I asked what if anything I could get back they said “investments” can go either way. It wasn’t with Ryan but other person that is also out there that had been deemed “credible” if you want I can tell you who he/ they are so you can do a little research into him too. He’s in the financial services industry.
