Yea u can buy all the nfts u want u can have 1 thats worth 25 million dollars but its only worth that if someone's gonna buy it

If someone is willing to spend $1, 000, 0000 on a house that is actually worth $200, 000 - that doesn’t make the house worth $1, 000, 000.

Value is value.

The reality is 99.99% NFTs have ZERO value. Those that actually might have some is still 100% perceived value and not real.

It was a HUGE con game.

Who tfs buying? The digital currency NEVER converts back to cash. They talk about all the countless NFTs they own worth tens of thousands of dollars yet their real life financial situation never changes.

It is like bitcoin which people are so hyped about. They say it is a digital currency bla bla bla.... and still after 15+ years it still does have any broad use in any significant way except on black markets etc. It is also the only currency I know of that need marketing by tons of people to actually increase in value.

NFTs were never valuable. They were bought up solely on the premise that prices would increase beyond the initial plunge, then you'd be able to pawn them off onto someone else.

If nobody wants to pay for your custom url pointer, then I guess it was never that valuable in the first place lol

The real cool thing about this whole NFT revolution is that now it is possible for people to buy a jpeg for $1, 000, 000. Even if they are getting scammed, the fact that it can happen at all is really cool from a technological innovation point of view.

Go far back in the past enough and it would have been unimaginable that anyone would buy a jpeg for any amount of cash whatsoever. Now it is possible. Even if the value goes to $0. Even if people lose cash. The fact that there now exists a technology that allows people to buy and sell digital content is really cool.
